Sessions are $3,000 for a single 60- to 90-minute live engagement. I accept a deliberately small number of these each month. This isn't a workshop, a consulting retainer, or a framework you walk away and implement yourself. It's a live session, built around your specific organization, that produces a Two-Sentence Brief™ and everything after it described on the previous page.

The five questions below exist to find out one thing: whether what you're describing is a structural tension or a people problem. Those require entirely different work, and this session only solves the first one.
